Job summary

Smile Doctors seeks a Regional Manager, Sales & Marketing to drive referrals, patient exams, and regional growth across clinics. You will lead Community Relations Representatives and collaborate with marketing and operations to align local initiatives with organizational goals.

The role requires strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills, with up to 75% travel. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and prior multi-location management experience in healthcare or service industries is

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three years of multi-location sales & marketing management experience; healthcare or service industries preferred.
• Up to 75% travel (in-state and out-of-state).
• Strong knowledge of sales & marketing planning to execution; data-driven.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales and marketing strategies to drive referrals and net production revenue for Smile Doctors clinics.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to align initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive in the regional market.
• Manage the regional marketing budget and ROI.
• Lead and coach Community Relations Representatives to build referral networks and partnerships.
• Plan and execute local events and promotions; support grand openings.
