Job summary

Smile Doctors in Michigan is seeking a Regional Manager, Sales & Marketing to lead referral growth and regional branding across multiple clinics. You will design regional sales and marketing strategies and mentor Community Relations Representatives.

Collaborate with marketing and operations to align local initiatives with corporate goals, analyze market trends, and manage the regional budget. You will travel to clinics and events to coach staff and drive measurable performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Three (3) years of experience in multi-location sales and marketing management required.
• Healthcare or service industries experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales and marketing strategies to drive referrals, patient exams, and net production revenue for our clinics.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align local initiatives with overall organizational objectives.
• Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and adjust strategies to stay competitive in the regional market.
• Develop and manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring responsible spending and return on investment.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local dentists, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.
• Support Community Relations Representatives in creating and executing referral-building initiatives.
• Plan and execute local events such as health fairs, school programs, and joint community initiatives.
• Leverage CRM data to track regional performance trends and provide data-driven coaching to Community Relations Representatives.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance using KPIs like referrals, exams, and net production revenue.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on regional sales and marketing performance.
• Conduct regular onsite visits at clinics or events to shadow and mentor Community Relations Representatives.
