Smile Doctors seeks a Regional Manager, Sales & Marketing to drive referrals and align regional strategies with organizational goals across multiple clinics. You will oversee Community Relations Representatives and partner with local dentists, healthcare professionals, and community organizations to expand the regional network.

You will develop regional sales and marketing plans, manage budgets, coach field teams, and leverage CRM data to inform strategy.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Three years of experience in multi-location sales and marketing management; Travel up to 75% in-state and out-of-state.
• Experience with community relations and referral development.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies from planning to execution.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Drive referral growth and build strategic partnerships.
• Align regional marketing strategies with organizational objectives.
• Oversee a team of Community Relations Representatives across multiple locations.
• Develop regional sales and marketing strategies to drive referrals and net production revenue.
• Develop and manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring responsible spending and ROI.
• Coach and support Community Relations Representatives using data-driven insights.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on regional performance.
• Travel up to 75% as needed to clinics and events.
