Job summary

Smile Doctors is seeking a Regional Manager, Sales & Marketing to lead referral growth and strategic partnerships across multiple clinics. You will oversee Community Relations Representatives, develop regional strategies, manage budgets, and drive local events to expand the network of referring partners.

Travel up to 75% is required, with a focus on data-driven coaching and performance tracking to meet regional goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three years of multi-location sales and marketing management experience.
• Up to 75% travel, in-state and out-of-state.
• Internal experience in Community Relations Representative role with Smile Doctors or affiliated practice.

Responsibilities

• Drive referral growth and build strategic partnerships.
• Align regional marketing strategies with organizational objectives.
• Oversee Community Relations Representatives across locations.
• Develop regional sales and marketing strategies to boost referrals and revenue.
• Manage regional marketing budget and ROI.
• Foster relationships with local dentists, healthcare professionals, and community groups.
• Support events like health fairs and school programs.
• Leverage CRM data to track performance and coach the team.
• Provide regular reports to senior leadership on regional performance.
• Conduct onsite clinic visits to mentor representatives.
