Job summary

Busch Vacuum Solutions is hiring a Regional Sales Manager for North Carolina. The role oversees sales in the NC territory, develops growth strategies, and maintains customer relationships with end users and OEM accounts. Residency in NC is required and up to 75% travel is expected.

The position targets a base salary of $100,000–$110,000 annually, with total compensation including a Sales Commission Plan. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with experience in vacuum or rotating industrial capital

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience required.
• Vacuum or rotating industrial capital equipment experience highly preferred.
• Experience in food processing, chemical, pharmaceutical, or aerospace manufacturing is a plus.
• High degree of technical/mechanical proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned sales territory to maintain and grow business within NC.
• Develop, manage, and train sales channels.
• Build long-term relationships with end users and OEM accounts.
• Collaborate with internal departments to pursue opportunities.
• Maintain account profiles and electronic customer data.
