A leading company is seeking a Sales Manager for Residential HVAC to drive sales through distribution channels. The role involves managing relationships with contractors and distributors, developing market strategies, and providing support. This position requires significant regional travel.
Drive new Residential HVAC Sales through the Plumbing and HVAC wholesale distribution channel by managing manufacturer’s rep agencies, expanding share of wallet with current distribution, and developing new business partners for the Bosch portfolio. Success includes sales calls on distributor branches and with distributor salesmen to contractors, builders, architects, and engineers. Develop a sales plan and market development strategy to drive growth of the Bosch HVAC portfolio and meet targets. Provide sales, training, and operational support for all Bosch Home Comfort wholesale accounts and manufacturer reps in the region. Increase product knowledge among contractors, architects, and engineers in your territory. Key activities include market planning, distributor account management, and manufacturer rep management. This position requires regional travel up to 80%, with 20% based from a home office.
