Responsibilities
- Exceed sales quota through direct management of a high-performance sales team.
- Recruit and build a motivated, hunting-oriented sales team.

- Maintain a strong focus on expanding and growing our business with new customers
- Collaborate with all surrounding team resources including Business Development Managers, fellow Region Managers, Sales Specialists, Product Marketing, Industry Segment Managers and Channel Partners.
- Recruit and build a highly motivated, hunting-oriented sales team that aligns with our objectives, goals and culture.
- Personally develop and maintain senior-level customer relationships with existing and new customers.
- Prioritize your time on high-impact activities that enable, train, develop and grow your team.
- Assist all sales team members in their understanding and use of a well-defined sales process and prospecting techniques.
- Ensure the consistent use of our CRM system (sales funnel, contact management, activity logging, leads, etc) and all other communication and productivity tools.
- Maintain focus on Key Performance Indicators to ensure sales and business development objectives are met in all market segments.
- Consistently coach all members of your team by way of regularly attending field customer visits and other activities.
