Digi International is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (Southeast US), remote with up to 50% travel, to hunt new FWA, Mobile Gateway, M2M and IoT opportunities while growing existing accounts with Digi Cellular and managed connectivity solutions.

You will lead complex multi-stakeholder sales across OT, IT, Security, and AI buyers, building consensus and driving revenue in the Southeast region. The role offers a hybrid work environment and a comprehensive Total Rewards package.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 7 years of successful sales experience.
• Experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions to OT, IT, Security buyers.
• Excellent presentation and organization skills with strong customer interaction.
• Strong interpersonal and teaming skills.
• Experience selling cloud‑managed devices with subscriptions or SaaS and recurring revenue.
• Experience with a Managed Service Provider in infrastructure/networking.
• Experience co-selling with wireless carriers.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect new customers and develop opportunities daily.
• Understand customer needs and craft a compelling value proposition.
• Grow recurring revenue via renewals, expansions, and net revenue retention.
• Lead multi‑stakeholder sales cycles across OT, IT, Security, and AI buyers.
• Collaborate with carrier and alliance partners to co‑sell managed connectivity.
• Deliver formal presentations and conduct regular account reviews.
• Maintain accurate sales activity in the Digi CRM.
