Job description

We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager to join our Sales team!

DISCOVER

As a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for Watkins Wellness, you will provide consultative support to our Specialty retail dealer channels within a designated territory, offering sales and marketing training to enhance their efforts as spa retailers, and proactively selling Watkins Wellness’s spa and accessory products through our dealer channel. You will have a direct impact on our business, especially in the sales of our leading spa and aquatic fitness products such as Hot Spring Spas, Caldera Spas, Freeflow Spas, Fantasy Spas, and Endless Pools.

The assigned region for this position includes California and Arizona. The ideal candidate will reside within the region with reasonable access to various locations.

  • Customer focus: Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential dealer customers through product and sales training, business partnering, dealer visits, effective communication, and follow-up.
  • Inspire others: Provide sales and marketing training regularly to help build dealer capabilities and increase product knowledge.
  • Goal driven: Dedicate yourself to meeting annual sales targets and driving sales across product categories.
  • Implement programs: Ensure sales and marketing programs are executed in your region, coordinating with internal teams for effective utilization.
  • Solutions minded: Collaborate with dealers and internal teams to resolve issues related to delivery, technical problems, business challenges, or supply chain delays.
  • Organized and detail-oriented: Manage your territory actively, plan visits, prepare agendas, and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Promote the business: Represent Watkins Wellness at trade shows, conferences, and promotional events.

WHAT YOU BRIN

  • Bachelor's Degree or college coursework preferred; at least five years of wholesale and retail sales experience, or equivalent.
  • Experience with consumer products, retail, and B2B channels preferred; experience in the Pool and Spa industry a plus.
  • Proven sales record and ability to motivate teams.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Willing to travel approximately 120 days/nights per year; valid driver’s license required.

Hiring Range: $70,700.00 - $110,990.00. Compensation factors include experience, education, skills, and location.
