Crawford Thomas Recruiting in Northwest Arkansas seeks a Regional Sales Manager, Partner Track to scale our growing operation onsite in Rogers, AR. This hands-on leader will sell, lead, grow revenue, and build a market with a clear path to ownership.

You will drive B2B revenue across the region, build relationships, coach two Sales Executives, partner with operations to support delivery, and help grow the market to a $10M+ business.

Qualifications

• Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
• Proven success generating and closing revenue.
• Experience leading a sales team, branch, territory, or market.
• Strong relationships and business knowledge in Northwest Arkansas.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to stay hands‑on.
• Experience in commercial services, staffing, uniform/rental services, logistics, property services, facility services, or other recurring B2B services translates well.
• You do not need previous business ownership or full P&L responsibility.

Regional Sales Manager, Partner Track

Location: Rogers, AR / Northwest Arkansas

Work Setup: Onsite / Field-Based

Salary: $150K Base + Quarterly Bonus + Path to 10–20% Ownership

Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

We’re looking for a B2B sales-driven leader and business builder to help scale a growing Northwest Arkansas operation.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who can sell, lead, grow revenue, and build a market — with the opportunity to earn meaningful ownership in the business.

Compensation And Benefits

• Approximately $150K base salary, negotiable based on experience
• Quarterly bonus opportunity up to 20%
• Performance-based path to 10–20% ownership
