Job summary
Crawford Thomas Recruiting in Northwest Arkansas seeks a Regional Sales Manager, Partner Track to scale our growing operation onsite in Rogers, AR. This hands-on leader will sell, lead, grow revenue, and build a market with a clear path to ownership.
You will drive B2B revenue across the region, build relationships, coach two Sales Executives, partner with operations to support delivery, and help grow the market to a $10M+ business.
Qualifications
- Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
- Proven success generating and closing revenue.
- Experience leading a sales team, branch, territory, or market.
- Strong relationships and business knowledge in Northwest Arkansas.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to stay hands‑on.
- Experience in commercial services, staffing, uniform/rental services, logistics, property services, facility services, or other recurring B2B services translates well.
- You do not need previous business ownership or full P&L responsibility.
