We are the top choice of individual homeowners as well as leaders in the construction and development community.

The company remains family-owned and committed to providing customers with safe, innovative, and quality elevators.

We are actively seeking an outside Regional Sales Manager to oversee the territories from New York to Southern Georgia. The position can be located anywhere on the Atlantic Coast from NY down to Southern Georgia.

Each Regional Sales Manager will have 8-12 reps reporting to them.

The Regional Sales Manager will provide coverage, communication, and support within the sales organization to increase deposits and align with company growth goals.

The RSM is responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales operations within a designated geographic territory, focusing on acquiring new accounts.

Key duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining existing accounts
  • Managing the performance of a team of Territory Sales Managers
  • Assembling and recruiting a team of sales professionals for the geographic area, including initial vetting and recommending candidates for hiring
  • Addressing performance issues, implementing corrective actions, and collaborating with HR on employment decisions
  • Visiting each market at least twice a year, whether announced or unannounced
  • Meeting with customers, with or without the territory sales manager present
  • Engaging periodically with contractors, designers, and architects
  • Attending the Annual NAHB International Builders Show
  • Periodically attending local shows within their territory with the National Vice President of Sales
  • Providing accurate and timely reports
  • Performing duties as assigned

Minimum requirements:

  • Technical sales experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading teams, with coaching and motivational skills
  • At least 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role
  • Stable employment history, with no more than 2 jobs in the past 5-6 years
  • Background in selling specialized products
