Job summary

Hamilton Storage is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth for the East Region by promoting automated sample management solutions to customers.

You will lead demonstrations, build relationships, and create value with accounts while reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing. The role requires travel, a Charlotte-based candidate preferred, and a proven track record in life sciences sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science, engineering or business.
• Two years of accomplished field sales experience in life science/scientific products.
• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales goals, including capital projects.
• CRM and business development management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales process from lead to closure.
• Demonstrate automation products to prospective customers and communicate value.
• Represent Hamilton’s storage products accurately to customers.
• Develop and manage regional sales strategy to maximize coverage.
• Travel within USA/Canada as required, with proximity to major airports.
