Position: Regional Sales Manager overseeing the domestic sales team and future Canada for the Industrial Refrigeration Business Unit of Sporlan. Responsible for managing own territory and directing territory managers, sales reps, and distributors to increase sales volume and margin. Accountable for motivating staff, securing regional distribution, maintaining agreements, and developing strategic accounts. Supports the Corporate Win Strategy.
Scope/Supervision and Interaction:
Has direct reports and manages team performance and development. Interacts proactively with divisional management and support departments to meet or exceed customer service requirements. Represents the company at trade shows and professional activities. Reports to Sporlan Northern Regional Manager.
Ensures sales goals are achieved within the region by working with sales managers and representatives, focusing on key accounts and distributors, and developing client relationships. Ensures customer satisfaction with Parker products and services, resolving conflicts effectively. Supports market data analysis and strategy development to identify revenue and margin opportunities. Maintains comprehensive product knowledge and ensures staff training and development.
Assists in strategic planning and cross-divisional product support. This position can be located remotely in the Central or possibly Eastern US.
