Job summary

Fix Supply, LLC, a trusted distributor of Industrial MRO products, seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the Mobile, AL area. You will drive growth through new business development, account management, and meticulous sales execution in a defined territory.

The role offers autonomy, uncapped commissions, a robust benefits package, and the flexibility to work remotely with regular travel to customer sites. You will build lasting relationships and deliver measurable uptime for customers.

Qualifications

• Proven success in Industrial MRO sales.
• Knowledge of product categories such as Power Transmission, Fasteners, Electrical, Fluid Power.
• Strong prospecting and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the defined territory.
• Existing book of business is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and outreach.
• Visit customer sites to understand needs, demonstrate value, and build relationships.
• Manage existing accounts with strong customer service and follow-through.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to close deals.
• Collaborate with inside sales, customer service, purchasing, and operations to fulfill orders.
• Partner with marketing and product teams on promotions and messaging.
• Track pipeline activity, maintain CRM data, and achieve sales targets.
