Job summary

SCN - Search Consulting Network is partnering with a growing precision measurement equipment firm to recruit a Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest and Northeast. This home-office based role focuses on developing customer relationships and closing sales across multiple industries.

You will travel up to 50% to meet clients, demonstrate products, and negotiate agreements with end-users and OEMs, while targeting $20K–$250K deals. Strong industry knowledge and self-motivation are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial solution sales experience.
• Experience with measurement technology.
• Familiarity with tire manufacturing, rubber/plastic extrusion, or metal roll-forming industries.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and SPC.
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets set by the Global Sales Director.
• Develop and maintain a network within served industries.
• Generate and follow up on leads via cold calling, networking, ads, email.
• Introduce and demonstrate products to potential customers by phone, email, and in person.
• Travel to customer facilities for sales calls, demos, and negotiate with end-users and OEMs.
• Sell industrial solutions in the $20K-$250K range.
• Work with measurement technology.
• Knowledge of tire manufacturing, rubber/plastic extrusion, metal roll-forming.
• Present to senior management.
