Responsibilities include building a robust pipeline, prospecting new opportunities, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver consultative conveyor solutions that boost manufacturing efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to use a consultative selling approach to understand customer challenges and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Generate new revenue by winning new customers and expanding opportunities.
• Prospect manufacturers, OEMs, automation integrators, and distributors within the territory.
• Maintain a strong pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and territory development.
• Collaborate with engineering and internal teams to develop effective solutions.
• Travel extensively within the territory to meet customers and identify opportunities.
