Job summary

Philips is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Image-Guided Therapy Devices in the Los Angeles area. You will lead sales performance across multiple territories, set success criteria, forecast, analyze, and report on performance, and manage budgets.

You will develop regional annual sales plans, coordinate with business leaders, execute the plan to meet revenue and pricing targets, and mentor field teams to improve growth and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ sales experience, with at least 5 within the medical industry
• 2+ years’ previous supervisory experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field
• Excellent communication skills including ability to deliver strategy/direction and motivate your team
• Willingness to travel 50% as a field role

Responsibilities

• Develop annual sales plans, strategies, and tactics for the region to enhance Philips IGT-D competitive position and meet customer needs
• Coordinate with business leaders to develop valid, effective objectives aligned to business goals
• Execute the sales plan to meet revenue and ASP targets
• Manage time in the field with individual sales employees and focus on strategic challenges
• Continuously improve knowledge and sales management skills for value-added customer interactions
