Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 within the medical industry; 2+ years supervisory experience recommended.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Proven track record of sales growth and new business development, strategic thinker with long-term plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual sales plans, strategies, and tactics for the region to enhance Philips IGT-D position.
• Coordinate with business leaders to set valid, effective objectives aligned with company goals.
• Execute the sales plan to meet revenue and ASP targets.
• Manage time in the field with sales staff and focus on strategic challenges.
• Continuously improve sales knowledge and leadership to add value for customers and Philips IGT.
