Job summary

Philips is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Image-Guided Therapy Devices across Los Angeles, San Diego and Phoenix to lead sales performance and growth. You will coach a field team, forecast, and partner with business leaders to translate strategy into measurable results.

In this role you will develop annual plans, monitor market trends, and drive revenue and pricing strategies while building long-term customer relationships. Travel about half the time is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years sales experience, with at least 5 in medical industry.
• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Strong coaching and development track record.
• Ability to build long-term strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual sales plans, strategies and tactics for the region.
• Coordinate with business leaders to develop valid, effective objectives.
• Evaluate market/customer trends and adjust plans accordingly.
• Execute the sales plan to meet revenue and ASP targets.
• Manage time in the field with sales staff and focus on strategic challenges.
