Job summary

Capacity/Laymor, a Terex Corporation leader in yard truck technology, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and margins, grow the dealer network, and promote Capacity offerings across North America.

You will manage performance metrics, assist dealers with business planning, and collaborate with finance, engineering, and operations to optimize service and budgets. Extensive travel is required.

Qualifications

• College degree in business, marketing, and related discipline.
• Five (5) years experience developing and executing sales/marketing programs based upon market intelligence.
• Proven background of meeting business plan sales volume and margin objectives.
• Ability to present information effectively in various group sizes.
• Experience in a dealership/dealer-based environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Capacity and its dealer network.
• Establish dealer sales/margin targets and monitor performance against metrics.
• Assist dealers in developing annual business plans to meet or exceed targets.
• Design territory management for dealer and customer visits.
• Address dealer issues and proactively develop action plans.
