Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Sales Manager to support the Division Vice President in driving profitability and sales across assigned branches. The role involves monitoring regional performance and reallocating resources to improve results.

Responsibilities include leading sales strategy, supervising multiple branches, achieving account sales and profit goals, and developing plans and budgets. Travel is required domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5–10 years of related experience or the equivalent combination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coach and provide feedback to direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales strategy and growth plan for a division set by the Division VP.
• Supervise the sales performance of multiple branches.
• Develop sales plans and budgets for achieving sales goals.
• Create action plans to penetrate new markets and cultivate customer relationships.
• Coaches sales representatives on product knowledge and sales techniques.
