Location: Northern California / Northern Nevada — ideally based between the Grapevine area and Reno/Sparks

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the High Barrier Films division, primarily servicing the protein and dairy markets.

This position will take over an existing book of business while being responsible for growing the territory through new business development and expansion of existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow an established customer base
• Develop new business within the protein, dairy, and food packaging markets
• Build strong customer relationships and identify new opportunities
• Travel throughout Northern California and Northern Nevada
• Partner with customers to provide high-barrier film solutions

Ideal Candidate:

• Packaging sales experience, preferably flexible films or high-barrier films
• Experience with protein, dairy, meat, poultry, or food processing customers
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with significant travel
• Based in Northern California/Northern Nevada, ideally between Grapevine and Reno/Sparks
