Job summary

MULTIVAC, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Fims and Packaging Materials division to drive sales across the Western United States and Hawaii. The role covers prospecting, reporting, quoting, and closing per the defined sales goals.

This position requires extensive travel (around 70%), a flexible schedule to accommodate customer needs, trade shows, and meetings with customers and partners. Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least five years of sales experience, with packaging materials exposure.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential sales opportunities with prospects and existing customers by making personal sales calls and following up on leads.
• Utilize company resources to advance the sales process, including marketing tools and demonstrations.
• Attend material test trials and strengthen relationships with operations to explore new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with Customer Support and Forecast/Pricing teams on forecasting, quoting, and order processing.
