Job summary

Atkore International, a leading provider of electrical products and solutions, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Northwest region. Based ideally in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA, the role focuses on revenue growth across our Electrical Products lines through agents, distributors, and key end-user influencers.

You will train and support sales agents, manage projects in Salesforce, and collaborate with account teams to drive market share while traveling about 60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5-10 years related experience in electrical sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiating, and presentation skills.
• Proven experience in engaging electrical contractors and specifiers.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth for Electrical Products through agents, distributors, and end users.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to increase revenue and market share.
• Educate and train sales agents and end users through demonstrations and site visits.
• Manage projects and opportunities in Salesforce and report on territory plans.
• Collaborate with account leadership and business units to meet division goals.
