Job summary

JCW is recruiting a Regional Sales Manager for a fast-growing MGA in specialty commercial insurance. The role focuses on growing agency distribution, increasing submission flow, and managing partnerships across a large Northeast territory from Maine to Massachusetts and Connecticut.

The ideal candidate will have a strong E&S, wholesale, MGA, or specialty commercial insurance background, enjoy field work, build agency relationships, and drive profitable production within a high-potential region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in E&S, wholesale brokerage, MGA, or specialty commercial insurance distribution/marketing.
• Strong agency-facing relationship management with independents and commercial partners.
• Experience in commercial property & casualty or specialty lines with proven growth of agency relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow agency relationships across the assigned territory, serving as primary contact for agency partners.
• Drive submission growth and production by identifying new opportunities and expanding distribution within the territory.
• Travel regularly throughout the territory to meet with agency partners, attend industry events, and strengthen agency engagement.

The position is ideal for someone with a strong E&S, wholesale, MGA, specialty commercial insurance, or broader commercial P&C carrier background who enjoys being in the field, building agency relationships, and driving production growth across a high-potential territory.

• Travel regularly throughout the territory to meet with agency partners, attend industry events, and strengthen agency engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience within E&S, wholesale brokerage, MGA, specialty commercial insurance, or commercial P&C carrier distribution/marketing.
• Strong agency-facing relationship management experience with independent agencies and commercial insurance partners.
• Experience across commercial property & casualty or specialty commercial insurance lines, with a proven ability to grow agency relationships and drive profitable production.
