Job summary

Allegion plc is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to represent our AD Systems and Unicel Architectural lines across the Mountain States and Northwest. The ideal candidate will live near a major airport to support travel within the market and will partner with architects, glaziers and end-users to drive specifications and grow the business.

Responsibilities include managing relationships, delivering product education, attending industry events, and using CRM tools to keep the territory pipeline

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of sales experience, preferably calling on architects.
• Knowledge of glass and aluminum systems preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.
• Self-motivated and relationship-driven.
• Experience calling on K-12 customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with architects to drive specifications and deliver product education.
• Build relationships with glaziers and support them through the project cycle.
• Engage end-users to increase product visibility and influence decisions.
• Attend industry events and trade shows.
• Utilize CRM tools including Microsoft Dynamics to manage territory and pipeline.
