Allegion is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for AD Systems and Unicel Architectural in the Central Midwest U.S. This role covers NE, KS, MO, IA, MN, IL (excl. Chicago), ND, and SD, with travel up to 40%.

You will partner with architects, drive specifications, and educate on our architectural glass and aluminum solutions. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of architect-facing sales, strong communication/presentation skills, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience calling on architects.
• Knowledge of glass and aluminum systems preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.
• Self-motivated, relationship-driven, and independent.

Responsabilités

• Partner with architects to drive specifications and deliver product education, including AIA presentations.
• Build relationships with glaziers and support them throughout the project cycle.
• Engage with end-users to increase product visibility and influence project decisions.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and professional gatherings.
• Utilize CRM tools including Microsoft Dynamics to manage your territory and pipeline.
