Job summary

Allegion is expanding our Central Midwest team and seeks a Regional Sales Manager to represent AD Systems and Unicel Architectural across KS, MO, IA, MN, IL (excl. Chicago), ND and SD.

You will partner with architects to drive specifications, educate on products, and manage a broad territory with significant travel. The role requires 3+ years selling to architects, strong presentation skills, and the ability to travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience calling on architects.
• Knowledge of glass and aluminum systems (preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with architects to drive specifications and deliver product education, including AIA presentations
• Build relationships with glaziers and support them throughout the project cycle
• Engage with end-users to increase product visibility and influence project decisions
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and professional gatherings
• Utilize CRM tools including Microsoft Dynamics to manage your territory and pipeline
