Job summary

Allegion is expanding our team with a Regional Sales Manager to represent AD Systems and Unicel Architectural across the Central Midwest U.S. This role covers NE, KS, MO, IA, MN, IL (excluding Chicago) and surrounding markets.

The ideal candidate will live near a metro airport to facilitate travel and build strong relationships with architects, glaziers and end-users. You will drive specifications, deliver product education, attend industry events, and manage your territory using Microsoft

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience calling on architects.
• Knowledge of glass and aluminum systems is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.
• Self-motivated, relationship-driven, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Partner with architects to drive specifications and deliver product education, including AIA presentations.
• Build relationships with glaziers and support them throughout the project cycle.
• Engage with end-users to increase product visibility and influence project decisions.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and professional gatherings.
• Utilize CRM tools including Microsoft Dynamics to manage territory and pipeline.
