Allegion is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive specifications for AD Systems and Unicel Architectural across the Mountain States and Northwest. You will partner with architects, glaziers and end-users to grow the territory and win projects.

The role requires 3+ years of sales experience, travel up to 40%, strong presentation skills, and the ability to work independently. Allegion offers competitive benefits and a substantial bonus with base salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of sales experience; preferred architects focus.
• Knowledge of glass and aluminum systems is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
• Self-motivated, relationship-driven, able to work independently.
• Experience calling on K-12 customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with architects to drive specifications and deliver product education.
• Build relationships with glaziers and support them through project cycles.
• Engage end-users to increase product visibility and influence decisions.
• Attend industry events, trade shows and professional gatherings.
• Utilize CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics) to manage territory and pipeline.
