Bartelt Packaging and Matrix Packaging Machinery are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the Southwest territory, including Texas, New Mexico, and Colorado.

This role is ideal for a capital equipment sales professional with packaging industry experience who enjoys building customer relationships, developing strategic sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You'll work directly with end users, engineering teams, and operations leaders to develop value-based solutions and help customers improve their packaging operations.
