What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement and achieve sales plans in collaboration with the Sales Director and Commercial team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with end customers and distribution partners
- Lead sales forecasts, business reviews, and achieve sales KPIs while managing P&L accountability
- Position the employer and its products as the preferred choice for customers and partners
- Develop the sales force's competence and ensure a talent pipeline for succession
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred in business or sales & marketing (experience in lieu of education considered)
- 10+ years of proven successful sales and business leadership experience
- Ability to travel overnight 40% of the time to domestic locations
- Proven experience in B2B sales within a matrixed organization
- Strong negotiation skills and excellent business acumen
