Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations in the Southeast USA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pump sales, established contacts within municipalities and water utilities, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets.
2. Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in municipalities and water utilities.
3. Manage and expand the existing customer base while identifying new business opportunities.
4. Provide technical expertise and product recommendations to meet customer needs.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer support.
6. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
7. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and build networks.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the pump industry or related sectors.
