Job Summary
We seek a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager (RSM) responsible for meeting sales goals in designated territories, working with independent sales reps to promote and support Mission products, achieve sales and profitability targets, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves traveling, product demonstrations, training, technical support, and managing relationships with engineering firms, control contractors, and end-users. The RSM may also manage direct sales staff or support high-profile field service issues.
