What You Will Do:

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Territory Managers across the South / Midwest US, develop strategic plans, and foster strong relationships with distributors and contractors to meet sales targets. Your leadership will be vital in expanding our market presence and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves building credibility with contractor customers and supply chain partners, overseeing sales growth, profitability, customer service, issue resolution, new product launches, and industry engagement. Note: This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

How You Will Do It:

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Territory Managers, providing coaching and support to achieve revenue and margin goals.
  • Conduct performance reviews and offer constructive feedback.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to increase demand among contractors and expand market share of fire sprinkler products.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Visit contractors and distributors regularly to promote products, gather feedback, and address concerns.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports, providing insights on performance.
  • Monitor sales metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, marketing, customer service) to align strategies and foster growth.

What We Look For:

Required:

  • 5+ years of sales management experience, preferably in construction, fire suppression, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, or related industries.
  • Proven success in driving sales growth and managing sales teams.
  • Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler products and wholesale distribution channels (highly desirable).
  • Strong business acumen and adaptability to customer needs.
  • Excellent negotiating skills.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Must reside within the Western US region.
  • Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
