As the Regional Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Territory Managers across the South / Midwest US, develop strategic plans, and foster strong relationships with distributors and contractors to meet sales targets. Your leadership will be vital in expanding our market presence and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves building credibility with contractor customers and supply chain partners, overseeing sales growth, profitability, customer service, issue resolution, new product launches, and industry engagement.
