What You’ll Do:

Lead Regional Sales Efforts: Craft and execute a tailored regional strategy to grow market adoption of innovative agricultural solutions, enhancing farm productivity and sustainability.

Build Relationships: Partner with distributors, retailers, and large-scale growers to understand their needs, delivering impactful solutions that help them succeed.

Drive Market Growth: Identify new business opportunities and actively expand the company’s market share within your region.

Collaborate for Success: Work with R&D, Product Development, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment in meeting customer needs and advancing product innovations.

Exceed Targets: Set and achieve ambitious sales goals, contributing to the company’s rapid growth trajectory.

Travel & Engage: Travel up to 50% of the time to meet with clients and key industry partners, developing long-lasting relationships and opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

Agricultural Sales Pro: 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within the agriculture sector (crop inputs, biologicals, or similar products).

Relationship Expert: A strong, trusted network of contacts with distributors, retailers, and growers. Proven ability to build relationships and convert those into business opportunities.

Results-Oriented: A demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales targets in competitive markets.

Self-Motivated & Driven: High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for making a meaningful impact.

Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to engage and influence key stakeholders, delivering clear and persuasive presentations.

Travel-Ready: Willingness to travel within your region to meet clients, build relationships, and drive success.
