Job Summary:

Are you a proven sales leader with deep experience in intrusion security and a strong network of dealers and integrators in California? We’re seeking a Regional Sales Manager who brings hands-on expertise in the security industry , particularly in intrusion systems , and who thrives on building and nurturing relationships with dealers and integration partners .

This is a high-impact, field-facing role focused on growing the region through new business development , strategic partner engagement , and expansion of intrusion and automation solutions . Your ability to speak the language of installers, understand dealer business models, and navigate the integrator landscape will be critical to your success.

You’ll work closely with internal cross-functional teams, supporting both pre- and post-sales efforts while being the face of our brand in one of the most competitive security markets.

What we are looking for:

  • Deep knowledge of the intrusion security industry , including systems, technology trends, and market dynamics
  • Established relationships with security dealers and systems integrators across the California territory
  • Ability to execute strategic sales plans with a focus on market penetration and partner growth
  • Experience representing security products at trade shows, branch events, and partner meetings
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter mentality with the drive to work independently while contributing to team success
  • Comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and coordinating technical pre-sales support when needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the security, home automation, or technology sectors
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, partner development, and managing complex sales cycles across large geographic territories
  • Experience working within a recurring revenue or SaaS model is a plus
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Highly organized self-starter with excellent time management and follow-through
  • Must be based in California; relocation is not available
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%), including overnight and long-distance air travel
