Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager will represent Fortrex in the region, building relationships and demonstrating our value. Key duties include:

  • Sales Strategy & Development: Manage and execute regional sales plans, identify opportunities, and drive growth.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships, understand client challenges, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Performance & Revenue: Meet/exceed sales targets, negotiate contracts, and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Presentations & Proposals: Deliver tailored presentations and develop strategic proposals.
  • Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with teams to ensure alignment and improve customer experience.
Qualifications

Must Haves:

  • 18+ years old
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel
  • Proven sales success in B2B environment
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, excellent communicator, proficient with CRM systems

Preferred:

  • 5+ years sales experience, preferably in related industry
  • Knowledge of regional and food industry trends
Work Environment & Benefits

This role is based in your home office with travel. Includes PPE when visiting sites. Benefits include health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and training opportunities.
