Are you an experienced Industrial Sales professional who enjoys getting into manufacturing plants, speaking with engineers and solving technical problems?
This could be a great opportunity to take ownership of an established territory with an existing customer base, while having plenty of opportunity to grow new business and significantly increase your earnings.
Our client is a growing manufacturer of engineered industrial products and equipment, supplying customers across the manufacturing sector throughout North East America.
They are now looking for a Regional Sales Manager to take ownership of a well-established territory covering New England, ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, CT
.
This is not a cold-start territory.
You’ll inherit an established customer base with repeat business already generating revenue. Regional Sales Managers have historically earned $3,500–$5,500 per month in bonus from existing business.
You’ll then have the opportunity to develop new accounts, expand existing relationships and earn 10% commission on new business you bring into the company.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling technical equipment, machinery or engineered solutions into industrial/manufacturing environments.
Experience selling pumps, blowers, vacuum blowers, valves or similar equipment would be a major advantage, but it’s not essential.
We’re looking for someone who understands how manufacturing businesses operate and is comfortable selling technical solutions to the people who influence and make purchasing decisions.
Your customers could include:
Experience selling into industries such as food & beverage, FMCG, bottling, breweries, bakeries, water & wastewater, plastics, packaging or general manufacturing would be highly relevant.
You’ll be responsible for managing and growing your territory, developing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
You’ll spend your time:
This is a field-based sales position, so you’ll need to enjoy being in front of customers rather than sitting behind a desk.
You’ll be responsible for customers across:
Regular travel throughout the territory is expected.
Experience with pumps, blowers, vacuum blowers, valves, fluid handling, air systems or similar industrial equipment is a major bonus.
You’re getting the best of both worlds: an established book of business and a territory with significant room for growth.
You’ll have the security of existing customers generating revenue while having the freedom to develop new accounts and build the territory as your own.
If you’re an industrial sales professional who understands manufacturing, enjoys technical selling and wants the opportunity to build something long‑term with a growing business, I’d like to hear from you.
