Job summary

Kurita America Inc. in Northern California seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead the Fresno-to-Sacramento territory with 50-80% travel.

You will oversee eight Sales & Service Reps and drive growth, customer retention, and market share while aligning with Kurita America’s quality standards. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in water treatment or industrial sales, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record of sales success.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in water treatment or industrial sales.
• Knowledge of water chemistry and applications.
• Proven sales success with growth in quantity, value, profit, and accounts.

Responsibilities

• Advise and lead customer application changes according to customer needs.
• Manage sales and service time to achieve optimal results.
• Hire, train, supervise and dismiss sales reps as necessary for region.
• Prepare and execute regularly scheduled sales meetings.
• Emphasize compliance with Kurita America Total Quality Management System requirements.
• Enhance sales rep performance by expanding customer base and market share.
• Track customer satisfaction for region accounts and identify improvements.
