Job summary

CECO Environmental seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Kemco/Mefiag products in the United States, managing a multi-state territory from the Clearwater area. You will drive profitable growth, develop strategic accounts, and lead the sales process from prospecting to closure, while expanding distributor and channel partnerships.

The role requires deep experience in technical or industrial sales, strong communication, and the ability to travel 40%–60% domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Minimum seven years in technical sales, industrial sales, business development, or account management.
• Proven track record in developing, closing, and growing new opportunities.
• Experience selling capital equipment, engineered solutions, or industrial systems.
• Experience managing multi-state territories or large accounts.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional growth plans aligned with company objectives.
• Identify and penetrate new markets and customer segments.
• Lead the sales process from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure.
• Grow a portfolio of customers and deepen strategic relationships.
• Promote aftermarket opportunities including parts, service, and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and territory plans.
