Job summary

CECO Environmental is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive profitable growth for Kemco and Mefiag products across an assigned US territory. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, distributors, and engineering teams, delivering technically viable solutions and expanding market presence.

You will lead business development, account management, and solution selling, while collaborating with internal teams to support proposals and project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years in technical sales or related fields preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and close new business opportunities.
• Experience selling capital equipment or engineered solutions.
• Experience managing multi-state territories or large portfolios.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional growth plans and penetrate new markets for Kemco and Mefiag products.
• Manage and grow an assigned customer portfolio and build strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
• Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
• Achieve revenue, profitability, and growth objectives; support renewals and retention.
• Promote aftermarket opportunities and collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
