CECO Environmental is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Kemco and Mefiag products in a multi-state territory, including Florida. The role combines business development, strategic account management, and technical solution selling to grow revenue and expand market presence.

You will work with customers, distributors, engineering teams, and internal executives to deliver solutions that meet operational and environmental goals.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• 7+ years in technical sales, industrial sales, business development, or account management.
• Proven track record of developing, closing, and growing new business opportunities.
• Experience selling capital equipment, engineered solutions, industrial systems, or technical products.
• Experience managing multi-state territories, strategic accounts, or large customer portfolios.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasts, and territory plans.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
• CRM proficiency with Microsoft Office apps.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing and prospective customers; build strategic relationships with decision-makers.
• Lead the sales process from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure; drive revenue growth.
• Support renewals, aftermarket opportunities, and long-term account retention.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Applications, Operations, and Project Management to support solutions and proposals.
• Travel as required to customers, distributors, and industry events; expand market presence.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and territory plans; deliver regular pipeline reports.
