Job summary

Vacatia is seeking an inspiring rental sales leader to drive revenue growth and elevate team performance across our vacation ownership rental sales operations in Florida. This role combines hands-on leadership with coaching, talent development, and operational excellence to shape Vacatia's rental portfolio.

You will develop strategic sales initiatives, build relationships with corporate clients and groups, and manage the full sales cycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Hotel/Resort sales or group sales within the Hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving ambitious goals.
• Strong ability to structure deals and guide customers through financial decisions.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience delivering outstanding customer service with a focus on operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to grow group business across Vacatia's resort portfolio.
• Prospect, cultivate, and close new business opportunities through networking, outbound efforts, and industry events.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and post-event follow-up.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, meeting planners, travel advisors, associations, and groups.
• Identify and pursue new market segments such as corporate retreats, weddings, and large social groups.
• Generate customized proposals, contracts, and pricing to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Coordinate with Revenue Management, Marketing, Reservations, and Resort Operations for seamless execution of bookings.
• Lead rental sales presentations and demonstrate value of Vacatia products to prospective groups.
• Collaborate with the Rentals Sales team to achieve individual and team revenue goals.
• Monitor sales performance and inventory to optimize results and opportunities.
