Job summary

JCB North America is seeking a field-based sales/marketing professional to drive retail penetration and market share in Texas and Arkansas. This remote role requires 70% travel within the territory, with tasks including dealer training, promotional communication, and support for dealer transactions.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in sales/marketing in a related industry; 5+ years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of sales or marketing experience in related industry.
• Must pass drug screens, background checks, and pre-employment tests in accordance with law.
• Preferred: 5+ years of sales/marketing experience in related industry.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, train and assist dealer salesmen to ensure a competent working knowledge of assigned JCB products.
• Train all dealer sales staff on product marketing initiatives and procedures.
• Clearly communicate promotional programs.
• Assist in closing dealer retail transactions and coordinate JCB support to customers.
• Ensure adequate inventory levels of primary JCB products are kept and displayed at assigned dealer premises.
• Communicate status of primary JCB products and competitive strategies with Product Marketing Managers.
• Achieve target levels of retail sales working closely with dealer sales representatives.
