Job summary

JCB North America in Texas seeks an experienced Senior National Account Manager to grow strategic accounts and drive revenue. You will lead named accounts, build plans, and coordinate with dealers and cross-functional teams to deliver value across the full JCB line, with a focus on uptime, TCO and project execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of major, national, strategic, or outside sales in construction or related equipment.
• 3+ years owning named accounts including buying committees and multi-year contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven target attainment and growth in wallet share.
• Experience working with dealer channels and multi-region accounts.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow named strategic accounts; sell the full JCB line; hit quarterly and annual targets.
• Engage decision makers and buying committees at national and regional accounts; maintain an account plan.
• Forecast and feed a pipeline for others to follow the business.
• Coordinate with dealer leadership to prepare sites when machines are sold into territory.
• Brief receiving SAM on shipments outside territory and ensure commercial results.
• Maintain strong dealer relationships to avoid friction on deals.
• Stay current on JCB products and KPIs like uptime and TCO.
• Other duties as assigned.
