Job summary

JCB North America seeks a Director - Service, Texas to lead regional Product Support and Service operations. This role shapes service strategies, drives dealer performance, and ensures top-tier customer experiences across Texas, aiming for market growth and profitability.

The role requires extensive leadership across multi-location teams, strong business acumen, and collaboration with engineering, quality, and dealer networks. Travel and executive presence are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Agriculture, Construction Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within Service, Product Support, Aftermarket, Dealer Development, or Equipment Operations.
• 7+ years of experience leading multi-location teams, dealer networks, or large regional operations.
• Demonstrated experience driving service excellence, customer satisfaction, and aftermarket revenue growth.
• Strong business acumen with experience developing and executing strategic growth initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence dealer principals, executive stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional Product Support strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead dealer service performance, customer experience, uptime, and profitability initiatives.
• Act as primary regional advocate for Product Support with dealer networks and corporate stakeholders.
• Create and implement strategic plans that support dealer growth, operational excellence, and market penetration.
• Lead strategic initiatives, reviews, and cross-functional collaboration to expand market coverage.
• Manage warranty administration, product support, and escalation of critical issues with engineering and quality teams.
