Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement sales strategies and programs aligned with organizational objectives.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate regional sales activities to achieve performance and revenue targets.
• Provide full people management for assigned teams, including: Defining roles and responsibilities
• Workforce planning and departmental operations
• Coaching and counseling employees on performance
• Contributing to employee compensation decisions and changes
• Lead and develop team capabilities to ensure long-term regional and organizational success
• Apply broad business and functional knowledge to address issues with impact beyond the immediate area of responsibility.
