You will lead regional sales activities, coordinate teams, and drive performance and revenue targets across the SSS division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in sales leadership, team management, and strategic execution.

• Design, develop, and implement sales strategies and programs aligned with organizational objectives.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate regional sales activities to achieve performance and revenue targets.
• Provide full people management for assigned teams, including defining roles, workforce planning, coaching, and performance counseling, and lead team development.
